Basically: an experienced, grounded person who understands that Riley doesn’t need a loud, busy household — he needs someone dependable who lets him feel safe at his own pace.This handsome boy loves his walks, melts for hugs, enjoys being brushed, and is happiest just hanging with his human. He’s great off leash and forms deep bonds with the people he trusts.Riley came from a heartbreaking situation after being left tied outside, neglected, and severely underweight as a puppy.
