Hi, I’m Queenie! I’m a big, lovable girl who would make a wonderful match for a somewhat active family. I love going for walks and exploring the world, but I’m just as happy spending the day chilling with my people and soaking up all the belly rubs I can get (which is a lot—fair warning). Because of my size, I’d do best in a home with older kids—I’m gentle, but sometimes I forget how big I am and might accidentally knock someone over when I plop down next to them for cuddles. I walk nicely on a leash, I’m very food-motivated, and I already know how to sit, lay down, come when called, and take treats gently. I’ve done well on my dog test and did great with a foster puppy. I can be a little bossy with another female dog, though, so that’s something to keep in mind. Cuddling is kind of my thing. I’ll happily snuggle with you all day, sometimes flopping right next to you without realizing how much space I take up. I don’t really care about toys, but I do care deeply about walks and belly rubs—especially belly rubs. I’ll lay on my back, smiling with my tongue hanging out, living my absolute best life. My typical day starts early around 5am when I get up with my foster mom to go…
