Preston – Loyal Tripod Looking for His Perfect Match Preston is a resilient, affectionate tripod who hasn’t let losing a leg slow him down. After surviving a difficult start, he’s proven to be a happy, active dog who loves both people and adventures. Preston is currently thriving in his foster apartment. His foster describes him as an absolute dream indoors — he is calm, well-mannered, and loves riding in the car. He has excellent house manners, including perfect house-training, waiting patiently for treats, not begging for food, and respecting household boundaries. He forms a strong bond with his person and enjoys being close to his family. Preston is interested in meeting new people and dogs, but can be timid at first and benefits from slow, positive introductions. He has shown that he enjoys the company of other dogs and is continuing to build confidence through socialization. Preston would do best with an adopter who can provide structure, consistency, and continued guidance as he settles into his forever home. In return, he’ll reward you with loyalty, affection, and a truly special companionship. Ideal home: Experienced or confident dog owner Structured, consistent…
