There is an application process and adoption fee. ----------- Pika Pika is an energetic, happy 3-year-old Pekingese who weighs about 10lbs. As you can see from her photos, she is missing one eye, but that does not hold this little girl back. Her favorite activity is dragging dog beds around the house and rolling in and under them. If you know the Pekingese breed, these rolling and "redecorating" activities are most likely familiar to you. Pika Pika is shy at first when meeting new people (particularly men), but once she’s comfortable, her puppy-like personality shines. She loves to play with the other small dogs in her foster mom’s home. We prefer her adopter to have experience with the Pekingese breed and be aware of how important it is to keep her safe so nothing happens to…
