Copy and paste to view Youtube video: https://youtube.com/shorts/EqY8_iCewtc?si=YYrJVhK4tPs33OFC Phoebe came to Ruff Love with a terrible case of mange. With medication she is SO MUCH BETTER! She may always have spots where her fur won't come back, but otherwise she is healthy and ready for a forever home. She's loving and so appreciative of love and attention. She would make a great companion to any family. ~~ Adoption donation $300 . All vetting is up to date. Microchipped and spayed. Also on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Visit www.ruffloverescue.com/adoption and fill out the application to make this pup a member of your family
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Phoebe works
Ruff Love Foster Care and Dog Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
