From Scout's Honor Rescue
Meet Phineas, Phineas is the definition of a survivor! The resilience this boy has shown through devastating cruelty is nothing short of miraculous. He's still on the mend and has an amazing foster, but we need to find him a true forever home to show him what love looks like! Visit www.scoutshonor.org for more information!

How adopting Phineas works
Scout's Honor Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
