From Camp Papillon Adoption & Rescue Inc

Phillus is a Female, Bichon who loves to give you kisses. She was surrendered when a breeder was closing her breeding operation. She is learning what life is like outside of a breeding facility, that play yards are fun, that playing with her kennel mates is fun, that people are not necessarily scary anymore. Good food and sunshine and only kindness is now a way of life. Having never lived outside a kennel, she is working on house training, leash walking and relaxing.

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Phillus works

Camp Papillon Adoption & Rescue Inc decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
