Phillip is a sweet, affectionate guy who may not look like your typical picture-perfect pup just yet, but spend a little time with him and you'll quickly see what a special dog he is. This approximately 2-year-old boy came to rescue from Mississippi after being found with other dogs in a hoarding situation. Despite his difficult start, Phillip doesn't seem to let his past define him—he is loving, curious, and absolutely wonderful with people and other animals.Phillip is crate trained and currently working on his potty training. He loves following his people around to see what they're up to and will happily seek out attention when he's ready for some love.
