Meet Pepper!Pepper is a 4-month-old, 18-pound puppy who we think may be some combination of Lab, Pittie and Terrier. We can’t say exactly what her mix is, but we can definitely say she’s 100% adorable!Pepper came into rescue with her sister, Pumpernickle, after spending the beginning of her life in a shelter in West Virginia.She is a happy, playful puppy who enjoys playing with pretty much everyone she meets. She loves other dogs, does well with older kids and even thinks cats are fun if they’re willing to play with her.Pepper is still a puppy, so she’s working on her puppy manners. She can get a little mouthy when she gets excited and wants to play, but she redirects easily with a toy and is learning quickly. She has lots of puppy energy and loves to play, so we think a home with older kids would be the best fit for her.She’s doing really well with potty training and does best when she stays on a consistent schedule. She is also crate trained and sleeps in her crate all night without crying or having accidents.Pepper would definitely enjoy having another dog in the house to play with, but she doesn’t have to have one.
