From Contra Costa Animal Services
Penny likes to take life at her own pace. She may need a little time to warm up, but once she does, she's a sweet, affectionate girl who loves attention and is always happy to earn a tasty treat. Penny is hoping to find a home where she can be the only dog and enjoy all of your love to herself.

How adopting PENNY works
Contra Costa Animal Services decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
