From Miami Dade Animal Services
Hello friend! My name is Pennsylvania. I am two years old. I am adarling lover boy. I am easily won over with a nice head scratch. I willplace my head on your lap to ease your access. I am a very calm, easy#2;going guy. I give off all the chill vibes. I excel at loose-leash walking. Iam an ideal strolling companion. I am still working on mastering mybasic commands. Can we chill and cuddle forever?

How adopting PENN works
Miami Dade Animal Services decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
