She may not have the best vision, but even a blind dog will know when she's found the home of her dreams! Penelope is a sweetheart who adores treats, pets and belly rubs, and knows a few commands (in German, no less)! She loves making friends with all sorts of people! Due to her blindness, she would do best in a single story home without stairs and with older kids, potentially as your only dog and without cats. Come meet this good girl today and let her speak for herself!

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting PENELOPE works

Dumb Friends League decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
