From Community Animal Rescue Effort (CARE)
Penelope is a sweet girl that loves to hike and run around with sticks. She came to us shy at first, but is warming up nicely. She walks well on a leash and is learning basic commands. Penelope is crate trained and would do well with other dogs in the home
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Penelope works
Community Animal Rescue Effort (CARE) decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
