From Misfits, Mutts and Meows, Inc.
Penelope is a happy, active girl that is a bit shy and will take a bit to warm up. At this time, she does need training. She doesn't like car rides. She loves playing with the other dogs of all sizes.

How adopting Penelope works
Misfits, Mutts and Meows, Inc. decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
