From Humane Society of Ventura County

Hi, Iâm Patsy! Iâm a new arrival from another agency, and the staff is still getting to know me, but Iâd love for you to come meet me and see my personality. Sometimes the best connections happen in person, and Iâm ready to meet my new best friend.

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting PATSY works

Humane Society of Ventura County decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
