Otto is a male Havanese. He is shy and nervous but working hard on coming out of his shell. Otto is still working on his leash skills, so a fenced in yard is required.

How adopting Otto works

Camp Papillon Adoption & Rescue Inc decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
