From 2nd Chance 4 Life
Otter is friendly, playful, and full of energy. He enjoys being around people and loves attention, playtime, and exploring new places! :) He’s still learning and would do best in a patient, supportive home that can help guide him as he grows. :) He’s ready to find a loving forever home where he can be part of the family and finally settle in with people who will care for him and give him the chance he deserves. :)) REQUIREMENTS: Fenced Yard, Another dog
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Otter works
2nd Chance 4 Life decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
