Meet Nyla! Nyla is the ultimate house hippo. At around 4 years old, she is perfectly content to spend her days lounging on her bed, preferably with a fuzzy blanket, with a bone nearby. She’s sweet, easygoing, and has never met a stranger. Nyla greets everyone with a wagging tail and a happy smile and truly just enjoys being part of the family. Nyla does wonderfully on a leash and loves her morning strolls. Emphasis on the stroll because this girl is in absolutely no hurry! She’s a slow walker who likes to take her time and enjoy the scenery. She also loves having a yard where she can stretch out and soak up the sunshine, but a fenced yard is not a requirement for Nyla. With her laid back personality and love of lounging, we think she could be perfectly happy as an apartment dog too. Nyla is house trained and kennel trained and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. One of her cutest quirks is her adorable little pounce when she gets playful. It never fails to make us laugh. Nyla does have allergies, but we’ve found a routine that has helped her tremendously. She eats sensitive skin food, takes Zenrelia daily, and receives a monthly Cytopoint injection. Proverbs will…
