Meet Nova, a gentle and loving 7-year-old female German Shepherd ready to find her forever home! Nova is a calm and easy-going senior with a sweet disposition that makes her a wonderful companion. She walks beautifully on a leash, knows her basic commands, and comes when called—showcasing her excellent training and responsiveness. Nova is highly treat-motivated and enjoys affection, making training and bonding with her a rewarding experience. She is curious and independent but also seeks out human interaction, especially with women, whom she feels particularly comfortable around. While her interactions with other dogs have not been fully assessed, she appears to be dog-friendly. This lovely lady is potty trained and has a calm demeanor, making her a great fit for a relaxed home environment. Nova does have some skin issues on her hindquarters, so a family willing to provide a little extra care and attention to her health would be ideal.
