A FRIENDLY LITTLE FELLOW: Approx. 10 years old / Approx. 14 lbs. Hi, I'm Newton! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and now I hear that I'm ready to find a wonderful family of my very own, where I can love and be loved furever! I hope to meet them very soon and charm them with my cuteness! I came in heartworm positive, but I'm doing the slow kill method that can easily be done in my new home. I got to spend some time in a nice foster home and now I'm ready to find my new family. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I can be around other dogs but should NOT live with another dog due to guarding food and treats and these things cannot be around us when we're together. There was a bite related to this guarding, so just ask about that. / I ignored the cat in my former foster home, but all cats are different, so I'm not sure how I would be with another kitty, and no food or treats should be around us. / I haven't met kids yet, but Mostly Mutts thinks kids 15+ who can follow the guidelines with food and treats that work with me, so if you have kids like this, let's meet. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a curious boy with a little pep in my step and a whole lot of sweetness! I'm friendly…
