Meet Nebula — A Tiny Comedian With a Big Personality. She is a 3-year-old Chihuahua Mix who weighs 7lbs. Nebula may be small, but she brings major energy and charm wherever she goes. This funny little girl has a big personality that shows up the moment you meet her — she will literally jump out of her kennel and straight into your arms, ready to make friends and ham it up for her photoshoot. She's friendly, expressive, and full of sass in the most endearing way. Reportedly dog-friendly, Nebula seems to do well with other pups, though she may throw a little attitude at bigger dogs who don't respect her space. Given her bold, quirky nature, she'd likely do best with older, respectful kids who understand how to give her room when she needs it. If you're looking for a spirited, funny companion who's equal parts personality and affection, Nebula might be your perfect match. Her minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives. For information about this dog's breed(s), visit…
