Meet Murphy! A charming six-and-a-half-year-old Boxer/American Pitbull Terrier mix currently in Austin, TX, whose essence is a lively blend of curiosity and affection wrapped in a handsome tan coat with bright white accents. He is a 65-pound bundle of energy who greets each day with enthusiasm, especially if it includes long walks, open space to run, and the irresistible promise of cheese treats! Murphy is an affectionate boy who truly enjoys being near his people, happily hanging out wherever the action is. He is playful and high energy, with a love for chewing bones, chasing balls, and hopping into the car for an adventure. His curious nature means he likes to explore, though he can be a little cautious when encountering unfamiliar sights or sounds. With patience and gentle encouragement, he grows more confident and relaxed. Murphy thrives in a consistent routine, enjoying twice daily meals, regular walks, and restful nights in his crate. He is house-trained, comes when called, and knows commands like sit, stay, and come, showing his eagerness to learn and connect. He is friendly with other dogs and has done well with a younger pup, making him a wonderful companion for a home…
