Hi there! My name is Lucy. I’m a 40-lb female Small German Shorthaired Pointer mix living in Columbia, Tennessee, and I’ve been told I have a bright spirit and a joyful personality.I was found as a stray back in December, but since then I’ve been safe and well cared for. Now I’m hoping to find my very own forever home where I can get lots of love, companionship, and fun things to do with my people.I’m a friendly girl who loves being part of the action. If you’re gardening, walking around the yard, or just hanging out, I’ll be happy to join you! I would do best with a family that enjoys including their dog in daily life. I’m pretty adaptable too, so I could fit in well with many kinds of homes—even ones with land or other animals.I’m crate-trained and already have a good foundation to build on. I’m not quite leash-trained yet, but I’m eager to learn and would love someone who can help teach me.
