Meet Lola Lola is a petite black Pit Bull with a big personality and an even bigger heart! She is a fun, curious girl who gets excited about the world around her and loves experiencing new things. Lola is an active girl who enjoys long walks and exploring with her person. She also absolutely loves playing in the sprinkler! She is very social and curious. Chickens, rabbits, squirrels, and other dogs can all catch her attention and get her excited. She will need a family who understands her enthusiasm and is willing to continue working with her on appropriate introductions, impulse control, and calm behavior around exciting distractions. Because Lola gets excited very quickly, a home with older children is recommended . Older kids who understand how to remain calm and follow directions will be the best fit for her. One of Lola’s biggest challenges is separation anxiety . She becomes anxious when her person is not around, so she is looking for a home that can help her build confidence and learn that being alone is okay.
