All DPS Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $650 Little John A tiny adventurer looking for his very own merry band Meet Little John, Robin Hood's smaller-in-name-only sidekick and a 1 year old, 16 lb Mini Schnauzer mix who is ready to leave the forest behind and find a person of his own. In the shelter, Little John definitely took his cues from his brother. Robin was his confidence booster, and Little John was happy to let Robin take the lead. Once they got out of the shelter, though, he's been slowly discovering that he can be brave all on his own. And here's the thing about Little John: once he decides you're his person, you're REALLY his person. He's surprisingly easy to win over. Bring out some yummy treats, spend a little time earning his trust, and suddenly this formerly suspicious little guy is climbing into your lap, putting his paws on you, staring straight into your eyes, and doling out kisses like you've been best friends forever.
