Leroy is a big, handsome Anatolian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees mix who was born November 24, 2025. He weighs about 85 pounds and has a beautiful long coat of brown, tan, black, and white.Leroy was just a puppy when his rescue angel found him sitting in the middle of the road waiting for someone to save him. He was the only puppy in his foster home, but that didn't stop him from quickly befriending all the adult dogs. Leroy still thinks he runs the place. He loves to play with dogs of every size and is surprisingly gentle with the little ones, even though he is now a big boy who can easily keep up with the larger dogs.Leroy is happiest at home with his people and his dog friends. He loves attention, treats, and being a huge cuddle bug indoors. Outside, his livestock guardian heritage comes through. He enjoys roughhousing with his toys, exploring the yard, and spending time outdoors. One of his absolute favorite activities is playing in his dog pool.Leroy needs a securely fenced yard where he can safely enjoy his outdoor time. He sometimes prefers sleeping outside and will let his foster mom know when he thinks it is too hot or too cold to come inside. He enjoys having the freedom…
