From United Doberman Rescue

Meet Klaus! Handsome doesn't begin to cover it. This sweet, approximately 3½-year-old neutered Doberman is a gentle soul with a heart as big as his ears are perky, and he's ready to find the family he's been dreaming about. Klaus loves people of all ages, and he's a total pro with kids. He even has a 4-year-old human buddy who thinks he hung the moon. He's equally smooth with other dogs, getting along with both boys and girls, though he'd really love a female canine companion to share the couch with. Fair warning: Klaus is not a fan of cats, so his forever home needs to be cat-free. Klaus is a smart cookie, too. He knows his basic commands and has an excellent recall, so when you call, he comes running (probably with a goofy grin). He's never possessive of his food or toys, and he is affectionate to the core, the kind of dog who will happily lean into you for one more cuddle. He's up to date on his vaccinations and is currently being treated for allergies. Like any good student, Klaus has one subject he's still working on: leash walking. With a little patience, structure, and continued training, he'll be strutting down the sidewalk like a champ. Klaus has so much love to give…

How adopting Klaus works

United Doberman Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
