To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2. Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible. Keltie was dropped off on us with her other 5 siblings at only 2-3 weeks old. They didn't even have any teeth yet and had to be bottle-fed until I was able to teach them to drink from a bowl. They are so smart they learned fast and because of being bottle-fed and raised by people they are so very socialized and just the best puppies. They are calm, loving, outgoing and confident. They will make someone great dogs! They are just precious and now looking for their forever homes :)

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Kilty works

Texarkana Animal League decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
