Applications open to out-of-state adopters --- Breed experience is required Kenobi is a handsome 1–1.5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog weighing approximately 30–35 lbs, and he is looking for a breed-savvy home ready to help him continue growing into the amazing dog he is meant to be. Kenobi is a high-energy, intelligent, and driven young ACD who thrives when he has structure, routine, and a job to do. This boy has the classic cattle dog personality — smart, energetic, athletic, motivated, and ready to learn! With the right person, Kenobi has the potential to be an incredible adventure buddy, training partner, or even a little sport dog. Kenobi is a sweet boy who can make a wonderful family companion, but he is looking for a home without young children. His ideal family will understand the breed and appreciate the energy, enthusiasm, and training needs that come with a young, high-drive cattle dog. * Kenobi does well with other dogs - May be a bit on stronger side, but currently exists with others and has previously gone to dog parks without issue. * Due to high prey drive, a home without cats is recommended * Sleeps great in a kennel overnight…
