From Orange County Animal Services
I'm a sweet, older gentleman that was surrendered to OCAS when my owner could no longer care for me.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting KANNON works
Orange County Animal Services decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
