JULIET NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Juliet Best Guess for Breed: Australian cattle dog (blue heeler) mix Best Guess for Age: 2.5 years as of October, 2026 SEX: Female Approximate Weight: 30 lbs Gets Along With: Other dogs! Juliet has also lived with older kids and has done well with younger children she has met. She hasn't lived with cats, but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster home. Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure they can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes. Juliet is Looking For: If you think this pup is calling "Romeo! Romeo, wherefore are thou?!" - you are way off base. This young sato - a dog from Puerto Rico - couldn't possibly care less about Veronese drama. She's just eager to get her own humans in the DC area for sniffy walks and romps and world exploration! Making pup pals along the way would be great…

How adopting Juliet works

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
