From Mutts in Need

Meet Jolene, a 30-pound powerhouse who proves that the best things come in spirited, medium-sized packages. At just 2 years old, Jolene was found as a stray, a past that shaped her into the confident and resilient girl she is today. If you’re looking for a delicate or timid dog, Jolene might surprise you—she is sturdy, capable, and can truly hold her own in the very best way possible! Jolene is an active athlete who lives for playtime and adventure. She is exceptionally dog-friendly and famously loves keeping up with dogs much larger than herself, never letting her size slow her down. Her enthusiasm is infectious; the shelter volunteers say she is pure joy when she realizes it’s time for a walk with her canine friends. She is equally friendly with people and greets every new face with a wagging tail and a bright, "can-do" attitude. If you are an active person looking for a partner for hikes, long walks, or backyard fun, Jolene is your girl. She’s a loyal, spunky companion who is ready to bring a whole lot of life and love to her forever home.
