Jeff is a handsome adult Lab mix (born, we believe in 2023) with a gentle heart and a calm, thoughtful personality. He's house trained, crate trained, and has excellent leash manners. One of his favorite things in the world is heading out for a long walk - especially somewhere peaceful where he can enjoy nature without a lot of hustle and bustle. Jeff is a smart boy who truly enjoys learning. He knows a variety of commands and loves continuing his training, making him a wonderful partner for someone who enjoys working with their dog. At home, you'll often find him relaxing by the window, proudly keeping watch over his family and letting you know when someone is nearby. Like many special dogs, Jeff needs the right environment to truly shine. He experiences anxiety and is fearful of unfamiliar people and new situations, so he takes a daily medication that helps him feel more comfortable.
