UPDATE!! Ivan is an energetic, sweet, and loving dog who loves people, especially kids. He lives with a female dog and several adult cats and gets along well with them all. He does well in a crate and the house. Ivan is a smart dog and definitely trainable. He loves to cuddle and would love to sleep with you if allowed. He would do perfect in pretty much any family! He’s a gorgeous spaniel mix around 7 years old and 31 lbs. He is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals. All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before…

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Ivan works

Wags and Whiskers Animal Rescue League decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
