From Amador County Animal Control

Hi! I'm Huk, the master of mischief! My journey to the shelter? Well, let's just say it involved a squirrel, a series of unfortunate fence jumps, and a very surprised pizza delivery guy who never saw it coming. Before I knew it, I was a furball on a mission, darting through the neighborhood, leading a merry chase that ended with me here, making tons of two-legged friends. I'm energetic, playful, and super smartâperfect for someone who loves adventures and laughter. So, how about we make some fun stories together?

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting HUK works

Amador County Animal Control decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
