From Ventura County Animal Regulation
This dog is on our Call to Action list due to extreme fear and unwillingness to be handled or walked on a leash. We are still getting to know her, please reach out to [email protected] if you have experience with fearful/undersocialized dogs and would like to learn more.

How adopting *HELGA works
Ventura County Animal Regulation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
