From Dakota Dachshund Rescue

Meet Hazel, an adorable 4-year-old red brindle dachshund with a sweet personality and a whole lot of charm! ❤️ Hazel is doing wonderfully with potty training and is crate trained, making her a great little companion who is already learning the ropes. She’s also working on her leash skills and is discovering that walks are full of exciting new sights, sounds, and smells.A physically fenced yard is a must for this beautiful girl just starting her journey to become a house pet. She’s good with kids and other dogs and enjoys being part of the family fun. We don’t know how she feels about cats yet, as she hasn’t had any known exposure to them. Hazel is still discovering her playful side and is learning how much fun toys can be. She’s also experimenting with zoomies, and when the mood strikes, this little long-bodied girl can turn into a speedy red-brindle blur! Hazel is a sweet girl who is learning, growing, and showing more of her adorable personality every day. With a little patience, encouragement, and lots of love, she’s sure to make a wonderful and devoted companion. ❤️ We are an all-volunteer/foster home-based rescue. We DO NOT have a physical shelter.
