Girl A571424Meet Girl — she's ready to trust and trying to be brave Girl arrived at the shelter on June 19 and has been waiting her turn ever since. She just became available for adoption after being on ACC hold and honestly? She's a little nervous about it — but also hopeful. When you first meet Girl, she'll keep low, making herself as small as possible. But give her a quiet moment, and something beautiful happens: she'll come to you. She'll come close for pets, and that tucked tail? It might start wagging. In the big pen, her tail came slightly untucked. A tiny victory. And she walked beautifully on leash the whole time.Girl went potty outside as well. She's a little anxious, a little underweight, and totally determined to be brave. She's a people-pleaser at heart — she just needs someone to show her it's safe to just be a dog.Girl's ideal home:Patient and calm — a quiet house where she can decompressSomeone who understands that trust takes timeMaybe a few good treats to help her fill outIf you're looking for a dog who will choose you — slowly, carefully, and with all her heart — that's Girl.Watch my video…
