Hi! My name is Georgie and I am looking for a forever home. I showed up at a nice man's home who tried to find where I might belong without any success. He then contacted a small local rescue for help as the shelter was full and said they couldn't take me and he really didn't want to leave me there anyway. A volunteer with that rescue contacted BCAA to see if they could help and they said yes! Well, upon arrival it was quickly seen that I hadn't had the best life as I had very little hair and appeared to be a dirty white chihuahua mix. However, after seeing the vet and determining that I was just suffering from a flea allergy and neglect, I was placed on some medication and started getting some really good food on a regular basis. Now that my hair is coming back pretty good, it can be seen I'm more of a buff or light gold colored boy. The vet also feels that I'm really not that old at only about 18 months old and I'm finally getting to a good weight at just under 14lbs.
