From Pet Rescue By Judy

Meet Garrett!Garrett has a sad story of how he came to PRBJ. His owner came to see if we could take him in. We were very full and she was asked to call us in 30-60 mins to give us a chance to move dogs around and try to create a spot for him. Well she never called and a week later a kind guy named Garrett brought him in with a broken leg and some road rash. Apparently the owner just dumped the dog and he was either hit by a car or tossed from the car. He was immediately taken to Healthy Pets and got his scapes cleaned and his leg casted. He is now recovered and looking for an active family. Information for New Pup Parents Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities. To help your puppy grow into a happy, confident, and well-adjusted adult dog, dedication to obedience training, socialization, and consistent potty training is essential. We strongly recommend that the entire family participate in puppy training classes. This not only helps build a strong bond with your new pup but also ensures everyone uses the same commands and techniques, creating a clear and consistent learning environment…
