Freckles is with our partner rescue in LA and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter Meet Freckles, a sweet boy believed to be a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Papillon mix—and a best friend just waiting to happen! Freckles is a little cautious when meeting someone new, but give him a little time to get to know you, and you’re officially in his best-friend club. He gets along great with dogs and cats and previously shared his home with two other dogs before being surrendered by his owner.
