From Ventura County Animal Regulation
Poor Franklin was found wandering around alone in a Ralph's parking lot! While he may seem shy at first, he's really come out of his shell and has done great being kenneled with other dogs.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting *FRANKLIN works
Ventura County Animal Regulation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
