From Barktown Rescue
THIS PARTICULAR DOG IS NOT AVAILABLE, BUT THERE ARE MANY LIKE HER THAT NEED A FOSTER HOME TO SAVE HER LIFE. Barktown Rescue is a foster based rescue. We pull dogs from the local shelter and place them into temporary homes until we can find them forever homes. The more foster homes we have, the more dogs we can save. There are more than 6 MILLION dogs and cats euthanized every year. We cannot make a difference alone. We need you to open your home to a dog that would otherwise be euthanized. Please contact us for more information on becoming involved. "Saving the life of one animal may not change the world, but the world will surely change for that one animal"
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting FOSTERS NEEDED works
Barktown Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
