From Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue
Flannigan is a sweet pup who just needs a little patience and love. He's shy and doesn't thrive in a rescue enviroment. He just needs someone who has the time to teach him that the world is not a scary place.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Flannigan works
Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
