From Mutts in Need

This cutie with the underbite is Finn. Finn is an 8 year old Pug mix and weighs 18 pounds. He is just a big love. This little guy was an owner surrender and was the (big) brother to 3 kid human siblings but due to some complications, his family had to give him up. He is great with people and dogs. Finn is a smart and gentle boy and knows his basic commands. He’ll do anything for treats and a good cuddle. To meet Finn, apply at https://muttsinneed.org/apply/adopt

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Finn works

Mutts in Need decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
