Felicity — lovingly known as City — is the definition of a comeback queen. She came to us from the euthanasia list at Associated Humane Societies – Newark, where she was a total volunteer favorite and even built her own little fan club on TikTok. The moment you meet her, you’ll understand why. City is 2 yrs old and 63 pounds of pure love wrapped up in a “20-pound lap dog” mindset. She gives the kind of full-body hugs that melt your stress away and believes kisses are a mandatory part of every interaction. If you’re sitting, she’s climbing in. If you’re standing, she’s leaning in. Loving her people is her full-time job — and she takes it very seriously. If you look at her, expect her to bat those irreresistible lashes. This girl is smart, athletic, and playful. She’s lightning fast when she runs and would thrive with someone who enjoys outdoor adventures, games of fetch, and watching her zoom around with joy. She loves car rides, pup cups, and yes — eating snow like it’s the greatest delicacy on earth. How adopting Felicity works

Twenty Paws Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
