From Matty's Heart & Soul Animal Rescue
Elowen and his siblings found themselves in a high kill shelter in West Texas. Mom is approximately 10 pounds and rat terrier mix. They are good with other dogs, cats and people. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to a vetting appointment. Please put in your application on our website mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Elowen works
Matty's Heart & Soul Animal Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
