From Mile High Labrador Retriever Mission
General Notes | Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us. Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP, and an Adoption Coordinator will be in touch within a few days. Our standard application processing timeline is 12 - 14 days. Personality | Super sweet and happy! Story | This litter of 8 soccer puppies were dumped in a box all alone on a backroad in rural Texas. Luckily, a kind family took them in to make sure they were safe and reached out to MHLM so these puppies could become mountain pups!Other Dogs | Great with other dogs! Cats | Young enough to do well with kitties with proper intros!Children | Young enough to do well with kind, respectful kiddos. Would love lots of snuggles and pets! Training | In progress. Each foster works with their pups individually. All puppies are working on crate training, potty training, leash training, and basic commands. Leash | Too little to leash walk, but will learn with time! Our rescue follows “No Paws on the Ground" (NPOG) as a safety protocol for young puppies, primarily used by veterinarians, shelters, and rescues. It means that an unvaccinated or partially vaccinated puppy should never be allowed to put their feet on the ground…
