From Dallas Animal Services
Meet Donnie, a gentle guy who finds the shelter environment a bit overwhelming right now. From our observations, he tends to be cautious around new people and situations, and seems to prefer staying close to quiet spaces where he can feel safe. Donnie will need a patient family who understands that shy dogs benefit from time and space to build confidence at their own pace. Contact us about Donnie today!Due to capacity at the shelter, this pet is currently at risk for euthanasia. We are urgently seeking placement through adoption, foster, or approved rescue. If you are interested in adopting, fostering, or rescuing this dog, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. When emailing, be sure to include a callback phone number so our team can contact you promptly.

How adopting DONNIE works
Dallas Animal Services decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
