From Fort Bend County Animal Services
Deacon is the definition of a calm, easygoing companion. From the moment you meet him, his relaxed and steady nature shines through. Heâs a total gentleman on leash and walks beautifully by your side without pulling. This handsome boy is on the lower energy side and seems happiest simply relaxing. He enjoys pets and attention, and will stay calmly beside for as long as you shower him with affection. While some dogs are all about toys and treats, Deacon is more interested in enjoying the moment. He'd much rather soak up some affection or quietly observe the world around him than chase a toy. His independent nature makes him an easy companion who doesn't need constant entertainment. If you're looking for a laid back, low maintenance dog who enjoys companionship without being clingy, Deacon could be the perfect fit. He's a sweet, gentle soul who's ready to share his calm presence with a family of his own.
